Form fitting with not a lot of give. If you’re a smaller size 4, it’ll fit nicely. Can also size down to a 2 if you prefer something not as form fitting. I am typically a size 28-29 waist size and 5’6”. It’s a really vibrant red and love the fishtail bottom.
