Love this top!! Brand is not on it, but bought it at a vintage booth at the grand bazaar. The top hits right above the belly button and is a high neck that ties in a bow with a slightly open back. I love pairing it with high waisted pants or a low rise mini skirt. I’m 5’10”, and typically a size 2-4 in tops.
