Gorgeous ruffle halter dress! Photographs so well and got a ton of compliments. Tie neck. Backless. The material is a bit sheer but can be worn with pasties and spanx and you should be good to go. Bottom has a small tear and is a little dirty (post nor’easter wedding), but not noticeable when dress is on. (Photos at end) This is a petite size. I am 5’1 and I still needed to wear about 5 inch heels to make sure it wasn’t dragging on the floor.
