Fully lined. There’s a side zipper on the skirt and top. I am 5’3” and the skirt brushed the floor for me. I’d wear it with kitten heels. Also being on the shorter side the top and bottom didn’t leave as much room between the top and bottom as it does on the model. If you are taller this would look amazing!! I honestly wouldn’t recommend if you’re on the shorter side, hence why I have zero photos of me in it. Otherwise, it’s very nice material, great detail, color is great, & I love the bows.
