Black maxi backless dress, I wore it very low on my back but you can always wear it higher! Very stretchy could comfortably fit an xs - medium , i am 4’11 but have never altered this dress, it drags on me i’d say it’d fit perfectly for someone 5’4+ but honestly can work for any height, perfect for a night out or beach moment
