Nylon and spandex 2 piece set with sleeveless drapes neck top and mini skort. The skort looks like a skirt but has a mini short / bloomer as the liner. Set is so comfortable for summer. Color is light baby blue… looks a little darker in person than the original Bloomingdale’s photo.
