can fit size XXS-S - Arcina Ori Monique Dress in Navy Blue — hemmed to be floor length for 5’3 w/ very high heels. also added a loop on the inner part of the lower left side to hold the strap in place when tied so that the back is not too long for short girls like me but can still be adjusted to be normal length for taller girls. I’d say with adjustments this dress is really still best for 5’3+
